Medhurst Property Developments is family run by its Directors Simon and Harry Medhurst. A Father and Son duo that teamed up to combine their skills and knowledge and create quality, efficient homes.

We first came together in 2020 with the simple vision of renovating homes, but after our first renovation we wanted more. We embarked on building a company that would develop homes of high quality standard that were also extremly efficent
